### sec.55 Exemption—investigations and proceedings An agency need not comply with division 2 to the extent complying with that division is likely to prejudice— an investigation that could lead to the prosecution of an offence; or proceedings before a court or tribunal. s 55 sub 2023 No. 32 s 33 - (a) an investigation that could lead to the prosecution of an offence; or - (b) proceedings before a court or tribunal.
