### sec.989 Approved forms The rules committee may approve, for this Act, forms for use by or in the court, commission, Industrial Magistrates Court or registry. When acting under subsection (1) , the rules committee must consult with— for a form relating to the Industrial Magistrates Court—the Chief Magistrate; or for a form relating to the registry—the registrar. The chief executive may approve, for this Act, forms for use other than in circumstances mentioned in subsection (1) . (sec.989-ssec.1) The rules committee may approve, for this Act, forms for use by or in the court, commission, Industrial Magistrates Court or registry.
