### sec.813 Requirements for application An application may be made only if the management committee of the organisation or branch of the organisation has— resolved to make the application; and gives the members of the organisation or branch notice, in the way prescribed by regulation, about the making of the resolution. The application must be accompanied by an affidavit by a member of the management committee of the organisation or branch of the organisation stating subsection (1) has been complied with. (sec.813-ssec.1) An application may be made only if the management committee of the organisation or branch of the organisation has— resolved to make the application; and gives the members of the organisation or branch notice, in the way prescribed by regulation, about the making of the resolution.
