### sec.406D What is a courier service contract A courier service contract is a contract between a principal contractor and an independent courier— under which the independent courier transports goods under arrangements made by the principal contractor; and that is not a contract of employment. A courier service contract includes a contract declared to be a courier service contract by an order of the commission under section 406E .
