### sec.324 Effect of order on leave If the commission makes an order under section 321 , the interruption to the employee’s continuity of employment or service caused by the dismissal must be disregarded when working out the employee’s entitlement— to annual, sick, family or long service leave; or under this part. - (a) to annual, sick, family or long service leave; or - (b) under this part.
