### sec.323 Further orders if employer fails to reinstate
If an employer wilfully contravenes an order to reinstate or re-employ an employee, the commission may—
further order the employer to pay the employee—
an amount of not more than the monetary value of 50 penalty units; and
an amount for lost wages; and
make further orders until the employer complies with an order under section 321 or this section.
This section does not affect another provision of this Act allowing proceedings to be taken against the employer.
