### sec.309 Application for commission to deal with a dispute
This section applies if—
a person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part; and
the person or an organisation that has a right to represent the industrial interests of the person claims that the person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part.
The person or organisation may apply to the commission for the commission to deal with the dispute.
(sec.309-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part; and the person or an organisation that has a right to represent the industrial interests of the person claims that the person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part.
(sec.309-ssec.2) The person or organisation may apply to the commission for the commission to deal with the dispute.
- (a) a person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part; and
- (b) the person or an organisation that has a right to represent the industrial interests of the person claims that the person has been dismissed or has been affected by another contravention of this part.
