### sec.208 Displacement of Queensland Employment Standards The commission must refuse to grant a part 5 application if the commission considers a provision of the proposed bargaining instrument displaces, or is otherwise inconsistent with, the Queensland Employment Standards. Subsection (1) does not apply to a provision that is at least as favourable for an employee as the Queensland Employment Standards.
