### sec.128 Chief executive to prepare and publish information statement
The chief executive must prepare an information statement and publish the statement on the department’s website.
The information statement must contain information about the following—
the Queensland Employment Standards;
applicable industrial instruments, including how bargaining awards and certified agreements are made;
freedom of association;
the role of the commission;
termination and redundancy;
the rights of particular persons to enter workplaces under this Act;
any other matter prescribed by regulation.
(sec.128-ssec.1) The chief executive must prepare an information statement and publish the statement on the department’s website.
(sec.128-ssec.2) The information statement must contain information about the following— the Queensland Employment Standards; applicable industrial instruments, including how bargaining awards and certified agreements are made; freedom of association; the role of the commission; termination and redundancy; the rights of particular persons to enter workplaces under this Act; any other matter prescribed by regulation.
