### sec.127 Variation of redundancy pay by commission
This section applies if—
an employee is entitled under this division to be paid an amount of redundancy pay; and
the employer—
obtains other acceptable employment for the employee; or
can not pay the amount.
On application by the employer, the commission may make an order reducing the amount of the redundancy pay to a stated amount the commission considers appropriate.
For subsection (2) , the amount may be zero.
The amount of redundancy pay to which the employee is entitled under this division is the amount stated in the order.
(sec.127-ssec.1) This section applies if— an employee is entitled under this division to be paid an amount of redundancy pay; and the employer— obtains other acceptable employment for the employee; or can not pay the amount.

(sec.127-ssec.3) For subsection (2) , the amount may be zero.
(sec.127-ssec.4) The amount of redundancy pay to which the employee is entitled under this division is the amount stated in the order.
- (a) an employee is entitled under this division to be paid an amount of redundancy pay; and
- (b) the employer— (i) obtains other acceptable employment for the employee; or (ii) can not pay the amount.
