### sec.113 Recognition of certain exemptions
This division does not apply to an employer if—
the commission exempted the employer, under the repealed Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1961 , from the application of long service leave provisions in that Act or an award; and
the exemption is in force.
On application, the commission may revoke the exemption.
(sec.113-ssec.1) This division does not apply to an employer if— the commission exempted the employer, under the repealed Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1961 , from the application of long service leave provisions in that Act or an award; and the exemption is in force.
(sec.113-ssec.2) On application, the commission may revoke the exemption.
- (a) the commission exempted the employer, under the repealed Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1961 , from the application of long service leave provisions in that Act or an award; and
- (b) the exemption is in force.
