### sec.112 Continuity not broken by service in Reserve Forces
An employee’s service in the reserve forces is taken to be continuous service with the employer who employed the employee immediately before the employee starting service with the forces.
In this section—
reserve forces means the Air Force Reserve, Army Reserve or Naval Reserve within the meaning of the Defence Act 1903 (Cwlth) .
(sec.112-ssec.1) An employee’s service in the reserve forces is taken to be continuous service with the employer who employed the employee immediately before the employee starting service with the forces.
(sec.112-ssec.2) In this section— reserve forces means the Air Force Reserve, Army Reserve or Naval Reserve within the meaning of the Defence Act 1903 (Cwlth) .
