### sec.1031 Continuation of agreement about contributions to superannuation fund An employer may continue to contribute to another superannuation fund in accordance with an agreement under repealed section 405. In this section— repealed section 405 means the Industrial Relations Act 1999 , section 405 as in force immediately before 1 April 2005.
