### sec.1004 Orders under old ss 137, 138 and 140 This section applies to any of the following orders in effect immediately before the commencement— a minimum wage order under old section 137; a tool allowance order under old section 138; an order fixing wages and employment conditions under old section 140. On the commencement, the order continues in effect as if it were made under chapter 2, part 5 or 6 of this Act.
