### sec.82 Attendance by complainant
The complainant for a human rights complaint the subject of conciliation must attend the conciliation conference in person unless—
the complainant is a child or a person with impaired capacity; or
the commissioner consents to another person attending the conciliation conference for the complainant.
The complainant may, with the commissioner’s consent, be accompanied at the conciliation conference by a support person.
In this section—
impaired capacity see the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 , schedule 4 .
(sec.82-ssec.1) The complainant for a human rights complaint the subject of conciliation must attend the conciliation conference in person unless— the complainant is a child or a person with impaired capacity; or the commissioner consents to another person attending the conciliation conference for the complainant.
(sec.82-ssec.2) The complainant may, with the commissioner’s consent, be accompanied at the conciliation conference by a support person.
(sec.82-ssec.3) In this section— impaired capacity see the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 , schedule 4 .
- (a) the complainant is a child or a person with impaired capacity; or
