### sec.67 Form of human rights complaint
A human rights complaint made or referred to the commissioner must—
be written; and
state the complainant’s name and address for service; and
include enough details to indicate the alleged contravention to which the complaint relates.
If the commissioner is satisfied the complainant needs help to put the complaint in writing, the commissioner must give reasonable help to the complainant to put the complaint in writing.
(sec.67-ssec.1) A human rights complaint made or referred to the commissioner must— be written; and state the complainant’s name and address for service; and include enough details to indicate the alleged contravention to which the complaint relates.
(sec.67-ssec.2) If the commissioner is satisfied the complainant needs help to put the complaint in writing, the commissioner must give reasonable help to the complainant to put the complaint in writing.
- (a) be written; and
- (b) state the complainant’s name and address for service; and
- (c) include enough details to indicate the alleged contravention to which the complaint relates.
