### sec.21 Freedom of expression
Every person has the right to hold an opinion without interference.
Every person has the right to freedom of expression which includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, whether within or outside Queensland and whether—
orally; or
in writing; or
in print; or
by way of art; or
in another medium chosen by the person.
(sec.21-ssec.1) Every person has the right to hold an opinion without interference.
(sec.21-ssec.2) Every person has the right to freedom of expression which includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, whether within or outside Queensland and whether— orally; or in writing; or in print; or by way of art; or in another medium chosen by the person.
- (a) orally; or
- (b) in writing; or
- (c) in print; or
- (d) by way of art; or
- (e) in another medium chosen by the person.
