### sec.103 No address for service advised
This section applies if the address for service of a party to a human rights complaint is not known—
because of the party’s failure to comply with a requirement for advising an address for service; or
because the party is a respondent, and has not yet been notified under section 76 .
The party’s address for service is taken to be—
for an individual—the individual’s last known place of residence or business; or
for a public entity—the entity’s principal office.
(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if the address for service of a party to a human rights complaint is not known— because of the party’s failure to comply with a requirement for advising an address for service; or because the party is a respondent, and has not yet been notified under section 76 .
(sec.103-ssec.2) The party’s address for service is taken to be— for an individual—the individual’s last known place of residence or business; or for a public entity—the entity’s principal office.
