### sec.99B Acts applying to delegates and sub-delegates
This section applies to an entity, other than an individual, to whom a function or power is delegated under section 99A (2) in relation to the performance of a function or exercise of a power by the entity under this Act.
The Crime and Corruption Act 2001 applies to the entity as if—
the entity were a unit of public administration; and
the holder of a specified office, prescribed by regulation, of the entity were the chief executive officer of the entity; and
a person employed by the entity were a person holding an appointment in a unit of public administration.
The Judicial Review Act 1991 applies to the entity as if—
the entity were a State authority; and
a decision of an administrative character made, proposed to be made, or required to be made, by the entity or a person employed by the entity, whether or not in the exercise of a discretion, were a decision to which that Act applies.
The Ombudsman Act 2001 applies to the entity as if—
the entity were an agency; and
the holder of a specified office, prescribed by regulation, of the entity were the chief executive officer of the entity; and
a person employed by the entity were an officer of an agency; and
the Minister were the responsible Minister.
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 applies to the entity as if—
the entity were a public sector entity; and
a person employed by the entity were a public officer; and
the holder of a specified office, prescribed by regulation, of the entity were the chief executive officer of the entity.
