### sec.99A Delegation by Minister or chief executive
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person.
A delegation of a function or power by the Minister may permit the subdelegation of the function or power to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
A delegation of a function or power by the chief executive may permit the subdelegation, and further subdelegation, of the function or power to an appropriately qualified person.

(sec.99A-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
(sec.99A-ssec.2) The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person.
