### sec.34 Funded provider must comply with prescribed requirements
A funded provider must not contravene a prescribed requirement relating to the provision by the provider of a housing service for which the provider receives funding.
Under section 35 , a funded provider may be given a compliance notice requiring the provider to remedy a contravention of a prescribed requirement.
The extent of a funded provider’s compliance with, or contravention of, a prescribed requirement is likely to be a relevant matter for the chief executive to consider when deciding the further funding, if any, to give to the provider under this part.
A funding agreement may include a provision about the consequences of a contravention of a prescribed requirement.
Noncompliance by a funded ancillary provider with certain types of prescribed requirements may lead to the appointment of an interim manager to the business of that provider—see sections 40 and 41 .
