### sec.33 Prescribed requirements
A regulation may prescribe requirements relating to the provision of housing services for which a funded provider receives funding.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may prescribe a requirement about—
how a funded provider conducts its operations while providing a housing service for which the provider receives funding, including—
financial management and accountability; and
corporate governance; and
how a funded provider delivers services to clients, including—
deciding eligibility and priority for services; and
giving information; and
resolving disputes; and
other matters about providing a housing service for which the provider receives funding, including—
tenancy management; and
rent assessment and collection; and
property management.
A requirement may include provision about—
preparing, maintaining, publishing or implementing a policy; or
reporting to the chief executive.

(sec.33-ssec.1) A regulation may prescribe requirements relating to the provision of housing services for which a funded provider receives funding.
(sec.33-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may prescribe a requirement about— how a funded provider conducts its operations while providing a housing service for which the provider receives funding, including— financial management and accountability; and corporate governance; and how a funded provider delivers services to clients, including— deciding eligibility and priority for services; and giving information; and resolving disputes; and other matters about providing a housing service for which the provider receives funding, including— tenancy management; and rent assessment and collection; and property management.
(sec.33-ssec.3) A requirement may include provision about— preparing, maintaining, publishing or implementing a policy; or reporting to the chief executive.
