### sec.142 Application of Criminal Code, s 89 This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a public service employee, and a party to a contract or agreement, mentioned in the repealed Act, section 30AA. While the contract or agreement is in force, the person does not commit an offence against the Criminal Code , section 89 in relation to the contract or agreement only because the person is a public service employee and a party to the contract or agreement.
