### sec.141 Continuing application of the repealed Act, pt 6C
This section applies to a trust asset or trust liability under the repealed Act, part 6C, that was an asset or liability of the commission immediately before the commencement day.
A right, power, privilege or liability of the commission under that part immediately before the commencement day is a right, power, privilege or liability of the chief executive on behalf of the State.
The repealed Act, sections 29I, 29L, 29M, 29O and 29R, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continue to apply as if a reference in those sections, other than section 29M, to the commission were a reference to the chief executive acting on behalf of the State.
