### sec.74A Meaning of senior health service employee
A senior health service employee is a health service employee employed in a position prescribed by regulation as a senior health service employee position.
Without limiting the matters to which the Minister may have regard in deciding whether to recommend the making of a regulation under subsection (1) , the Minister may have regard to the role, responsibilities and functions performed by persons employed in the position.

(sec.74A-ssec.1) A senior health service employee is a health service employee employed in a position prescribed by regulation as a senior health service employee position.
