### sec.51A Health employment directives The chief executive may issue health employment directives about the conditions of employment for health service employees. Without limiting subsection (1) , a health employment directive may be about the following— remuneration for health executives and senior health service employees; the classification levels at which health executives and senior health service employees are to be employed; the terms of contracts for health executives and senior health service employees; the professional development and training of health service employees in accordance with the conditions of their employment.
