### sec.44B Matters to which Minister may have regard in deciding whether to appoint adviser
In deciding whether to appoint an adviser to a board, the Minister may have regard to the performance of the board or the Service controlled by the board in relation to the following—
the safety and quality of the health services being provided by the Service;
the way in which the Service is complying with the service agreement for the Service;
the financial management of the Service.
