### sec.32C Membership of executive committee
An executive committee consists of the following—
the chair or deputy chair of the board who is to be chair of the committee;
at least 2 other board members, decided by the board, at least one of whom is a clinician.
In this section—
clinician means a person who—
is a health professional registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law , other than as a student; and
is currently directly or indirectly providing care or treatment to persons; and
is in a profession that provides care or treatment to persons in public sector health services.

(sec.32C-ssec.1) An executive committee consists of the following— the chair or deputy chair of the board who is to be chair of the committee; at least 2 other board members, decided by the board, at least one of whom is a clinician.
(sec.32C-ssec.2) In this section— clinician means a person who— is a health professional registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law , other than as a student; and is currently directly or indirectly providing care or treatment to persons; and is in a profession that provides care or treatment to persons in public sector health services.
- (a) the chair or deputy chair of the board who is to be chair of the committee;
- (b) at least 2 other board members, decided by the board, at least one of whom is a clinician.
- (a) is a health professional registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law , other than as a student; and
- (b) is currently directly or indirectly providing care or treatment to persons; and
- (c) is in a profession that provides care or treatment to persons in public sector health services.
