### sec.27 Vacation of office of board member
The office of a member of a board becomes vacant if the member—
resigns office by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 25A ; or
is removed from office under subsection (2) .
The Governor in Council may, at any time, remove a board member from office for any reason or none.

(sec.27-ssec.1) The office of a member of a board becomes vacant if the member— resigns office by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 25A ; or is removed from office under subsection (2) .

- (c) is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 25A ; or
- (d) is removed from office under subsection (2) .
