### sec.168 Resignation
An authorised person or security officer may resign by signed notice given to the appointer.
However, if holding office as an authorised person or security officer is a condition of the authorised person or security officer holding another office, the authorised person or security officer may not resign as an authorised person or security officer without resigning from the other office.
