### sec.160A Disclosure for purpose of Health Transparency Act 2019 A designated person may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to any of the following persons who is performing a function under, or relating to the administration of, the Health Transparency Act 2019 — the chief executive; an employee of the department; a contractor who is contracted to provide information and communication technology or information management services to the department. s 160A ins 2019 No. 38 s 71 - (a) the chief executive; - (b) an employee of the department; - (c) a contractor who is contracted to provide information and communication technology or information management services to the department.
