### sec.155 Disclosure to health practitioner registration board
A designated person or prescribed health professional may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to a board established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law or to the National Agency for the purposes of—
making, or giving information about, a complaint or notification about a person who is or was registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law ; or
answering questions or otherwise giving information as part of an investigation or a proceeding about a person who is or was registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law .

- (a) making, or giving information about, a complaint or notification about a person who is or was registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law ; or
- (b) answering questions or otherwise giving information as part of an investigation or a proceeding about a person who is or was registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law .
