### sec.154 Disclosure to or by relevant chief executive
A designated person or prescribed health professional may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to a relevant chief executive for achieving the objects of this Act.
A relevant chief executive may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is for a function of the relevant chief executive under this Act.
