### sec.741 Recovery of amounts payable under Law A fee, charge or other amount payable under this Law is a debt due to the Regulator and may be recovered by action for a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction. A fee, charge or other amount payable under this Law may also be recovered in a proceeding for an offence against this Law. An order made under subsection (2) — can not be for an amount exceeding the monetary jurisdictional limit of the court in civil proceedings; and is taken to be, and is enforceable as, a judgment of the court sitting in civil proceedings. sch s 741 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12 (sec.741-ssec.1) A fee, charge or other amount payable under this Law is a debt due to the Regulator and may be recovered by action for a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction.
