### sec.69 Application for vehicle standards exemption (permit)
A person may apply to the Regulator for a vehicle standards exemption (permit).
The application must be—
in the approved form; and
accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application.
The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant for a vehicle standards exemption (permit), require the applicant to give the Regulator any additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application.

(sec.69-ssec.1) A person may apply to the Regulator for a vehicle standards exemption (permit).
(sec.69-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application.
(sec.69-ssec.3) The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant for a vehicle standards exemption (permit), require the applicant to give the Regulator any additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application.
