### sec.675 Presiding member The Chairperson of the Board is to preside at a meeting of the Board. However, in the absence of the Chairperson of the Board the following person is to preside at a meeting of the Board— if the Deputy Chairperson of the Board is present at the meeting, the Deputy Chairperson; otherwise, a person elected by the members of the Board who are present at the meeting.
