### sec.675 Presiding member
The Chairperson of the Board is to preside at a meeting of the Board.
However, in the absence of the Chairperson of the Board the following person is to preside at a meeting of the Board—
if the Deputy Chairperson of the Board is present at the meeting, the Deputy Chairperson;
otherwise, a person elected by the members of the Board who are present at the meeting.
The presiding member has a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, has a second or casting vote.

(sec.675-ssec.1) The Chairperson of the Board is to preside at a meeting of the Board.
(sec.675-ssec.2) However, in the absence of the Chairperson of the Board the following person is to preside at a meeting of the Board— if the Deputy Chairperson of the Board is present at the meeting, the Deputy Chairperson; otherwise, a person elected by the members of the Board who are present at the meeting.
