### sec.629 Defence of compliance with direction In a proceeding for an offence against this Law, it is a defence for the person charged to prove that the conduct constituting the offence was done in compliance with a direction given— by an authorised officer; or by the Regulator (including a delegate of the Regulator); or by a person under a law of a State or Territory. sch s 629 om 2013 No. 4 s 12 - (a) by an authorised officer; or - (b) by the Regulator (including a delegate of the Regulator); or - (c) by a person under a law of a State or Territory.
