### sec.578 Duty to minimise inconvenience or damage In exercising a power under this Law, an authorised officer must exercise reasonable diligence to cause as little inconvenience, and do as little damage, as possible. Subsection (1) does not provide for a statutory right of compensation other than as provided under Division 2 .
