### sec.578 Duty to minimise inconvenience or damage
In exercising a power under this Law, an authorised officer must exercise reasonable diligence to cause as little inconvenience, and do as little damage, as possible.
Subsection (1) does not provide for a statutory right of compensation other than as provided under Division 2 .
Division 2 provides for compensation for costs, damage or loss incurred because of the exercise of a power by an authorised officer under this Chapter.
