### sec.503 Matters authorised officer must tell occupier
Before asking for the consent, the authorised officer must give a reasonable explanation to the occupier about the following—
the purpose of the entry;
that the occupier is not required to consent;
that the consent may be given subject to conditions and may be withdrawn at any time;
any other powers intended to be exercised to achieve the purpose of the entry.
