### sec.483 When office ends The office of a person as an authorised officer ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the officer’s resignation under section 484 takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised officer may cease to hold office. In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the authorised officer holds office.
