### sec.482 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
An authorised officer holds office on any conditions stated in—
the officer’s instrument of appointment; or
a notice signed by the Regulator given to the officer; or
the national regulations.
The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the authorised officer, or the national regulations may limit the officer’s powers.
