### sec.24-oc.2 General powers of National Agency The National Agency has all the powers of an individual and, in particular, may— enter into contracts; and acquire, hold, dispose of, and deal with, real and personal property; and do anything necessary or convenient to be done in the exercise of its functions. - (a) enter into contracts; and - (b) acquire, hold, dispose of, and deal with, real and personal property; and - (c) do anything necessary or convenient to be done in the exercise of its functions.
