### sec.23-oc.2 National Agency
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is established.
The National Agency—
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
has a common seal; and
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
The National Agency represents the State.
Schedule 3 sets out provisions relating to the National Agency.
(sec.23-oc.2-ssec.1) The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is established.
