### sec.159T Revocation of public statement
A regulatory body that made a public statement about a person must revoke the public statement if the body is satisfied the grounds on which the statement was made—
no longer exist in relation to the person; or
did not exist at the time the statement was made.
As soon as practicable after deciding to revoke the public statement, the regulatory body must—
give the person a written notice stating—
the regulatory body has decided to revoke the public statement; and
the date on which the public statement will be revoked; and
make a public statement revoking the original public statement in the same way, or a similar way, to the way in which the original public statement was made.
