### sec.159S Revision of public statement by regulatory body
A regulatory body that made a public statement about a person may revise the statement if the regulatory body reasonably believes it is necessary in the circumstances.
If the proposed revision changes the public statement in a material way, sections 159Q (2) and (3) and 159R apply to the proposed revision, with any necessary modifications, as if it were the proposed making of a public statement.
