### sch-sec.2-oc.3 Functions of chief executive officer
The chief executive officer of the National Agency has the functions conferred on the chief executive officer by written instrument of the Agency Board.
The Agency Board may delegate any of the functions of the National Agency, or of the Agency Board, to the chief executive officer of the National Agency, other than this power of delegation.
