### sch-sec.1-oc.3 Chief executive officer
The Agency Board is to appoint a person as chief executive officer of the National Agency.
The chief executive officer of the National Agency is to be appointed for a period, not more than 5 years, specified in the officer’s instrument of appointment, but is eligible for reappointment.
The chief executive officer of the National Agency is taken, while holding that office, to be a member of the staff of the National Agency.
