### sec.59 Employee trainers must disclose criminal history Immediately after starting employment as an employee trainer, a person must disclose to the chief executive— whether or not the trainer has a criminal history; and if the trainer has a criminal history, the trainer’s complete criminal history. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. - (a) whether or not the trainer has a criminal history; and - (b) if the trainer has a criminal history, the trainer’s complete criminal history.
