### sec.41 Disagreement about matter other than health matter
If—
a guardian, administrator or attorney for an adult disagrees with another person who is a guardian, administrator or attorney for the adult about the way power for a matter, other than a health matter, should be exercised; and
the disagreement can not be resolved by mediation by the public guardian;
the public guardian or any person mentioned in paragraph (a) may apply for directions to the tribunal.
In this section—
attorney means an attorney under an enduring document.

(sec.41-ssec.1) If— a guardian, administrator or attorney for an adult disagrees with another person who is a guardian, administrator or attorney for the adult about the way power for a matter, other than a health matter, should be exercised; and the disagreement can not be resolved by mediation by the public guardian; the public guardian or any person mentioned in paragraph (a) may apply for directions to the tribunal.
(sec.41-ssec.2) In this section— attorney means an attorney under an enduring document.
- (a) a guardian, administrator or attorney for an adult disagrees with another person who is a guardian, administrator or attorney for the adult about the way power for a matter, other than a health matter, should be exercised; and
- (b) the disagreement can not be resolved by mediation by the public guardian;
