### sec.151 Reporting requirement after removal of adult As soon as practicable after the adult has been removed under the warrant, the public guardian must apply to the tribunal for the orders the public guardian considers appropriate about the following— the adult’s personal welfare; a power of attorney or advance health directive of the adult; a guardian, administrator or attorney of the adult.
